Soccer Recap: Normandy vs. Steele
While it was all tied up 0-0 at halftime, Normandy was not quite Steele's equal in the second half on Saturday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Steele Comets. The Invaders have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Normandy's loss dropped their record down to 0-2-1. As for Steele, the win also got them back to even at 2-2.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Normandy will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Bay at 7:00 p.m. on September 4th. As for Steele, they will head out to challenge Midview at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
