Kreyton Wiese Delivers Electric Effort Vs Wallace

Starting off the list is Wauneta-Palisade's Kreyton Wiese, who we judged to be the best player in the league this week. Wiese rushed for 190 yards and four touchdowns while picking up 9.0 yards per carry. Wauneta-Palisade is 2-1 when Wiese posts 80 or more rushing yards, but 1-3 otherwise.

Sumner-Eddyville-Miller picked up their 19th consecutive win on Friday thanks in part to Maddox Jones. Southwest had no answer to Jones as he rushed for 105 yards and two touchdowns on only seven carries. The bulk of those rushing yards came from one huge play: a run that gained an incredible 75 yards.

Sumner-Eddyville-Miller's victory was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 7-0. Jones and Sumner-Eddyville-Miller will head out to challenge Wallace at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.

Ashtin Johns posted a new career-high in rushing yards on Friday. He rushed for 188 yards and a touchdown while picking up 11.1 yards per carry.
