Football Recap: Ringwood Comes Up Short on the Road Against Covington-Douglas

Ringwood had to hit the road for their first game and it wasn't the result they were hoping for. They were dealt a 44-6 loss at the hands of the Covington-Douglas Wildcats on Thursday. The Red Devils were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 38-0.

Covington-Douglas now has a winning record of 2-1.

Coming up, Ringwood will look to defend their home field on Friday against Yale at 7:00 p.m. As for Covington-Douglas, they are headed away from home for the first time to face off against Garber at 7:00 p.m. on the 26th.
