Softball Game Preview: William Tennent Panthers vs. Central Bucks East Patriots

William Tennent is headed in fresh off scoring the most runs they have all season. Everything went their way against Lower Moreland on Thursday as they made off with a 21-3 win. Considering the Panthers have won four games by more than six runs this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Meanwhile, Central Bucks East and Central Bucks West faced off in a cross-town battle on Thursday. The Patriots came up short against the Bucks, falling 12-2. The Patriots haven't had much luck with the Bucks recently, as the team has come up short the last five times they've met.

Central Bucks East saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Maggie Funston, who went 2-for-3 with one run, one double, and one RBI.

Central Bucks East's loss dropped their record down to 8-7. As for William Tennent, their victory bumped their record up to 7-2.
