Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Greenville Christian Academy). They really took it to the Southside Christian Warriors for the full four quarters, racking up a 71-32 win. The Knights pushed the score to 49-28 by the end of the third, a deficit the Warriors had little chance of recovering from.

Greenville Christian Academy's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Connor Dial led the charge by dropping a double-double on 12 points and 13 boards. Dial is on a roll when it comes to rebounds, as he's now pulled down nine or more in the last four games he's played. Matthew Dove was another key player, putting up 16 points and six assists.

Greenville Christian Academy was working as a unit and finished the game with 18 assists. The team's really been improving in that area: they've now improved their assist total in three consecutive matchups.

Greenville Christian Academy's victory bumped their record up to 13-8. As for Southside Christian, they have also been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven contests, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-10 record this season.

Greenville Christian Academy will take on New Life Christian Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Southside Christian, they will head out on the road to challenge Bethel Christian Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
