North Central wins going away against Hilltop

Recap: North Central Eagles vs. Hilltop Cadets
The North Central Eagles had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They were the clear victor by a 71-47 margin over Hilltop. That result was just more of the same for these two, as North Central also won the last time the pair played back in January.
North Central can attribute much of their success to Joe Burt, who dropped a double-double on 20 points and 11 rebounds. Johnny Hicks was another key contributor, scoring 15 points.
North Central's victory ended a three-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 1-0. As for Hilltop, their loss was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season, which bumped their record down to 1-1.
North Central won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Fort Jennings at 6:00 p.m. on December 8th. As for Hilltop, they will look to defend their home court on Saturday against Stryker at 7:30 p.m.
