The Pinnacle will challenge the Eagle Ridge Academy Warriors on Wednesday. The Pinnacle is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.2 goals per game this season.

The Pinnacle is probably headed into the match with a chip on their shoulder considering Riverdale Ridge just ended the team's five-match winning streak on Wednesday. They fell just short of the Ravens by a score of 2-1.

The Pinnacle's goal came courtesy of Agustin Jaime Pacheco, who's now up to 13 this season.

Meanwhile, winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Eagle Ridge Academy). They blew past Valley 8-2 on Thursday. The result was nothing new for Eagle Ridge Academy, who have now won five matchups by three goals or more so far this season.

The Pinnacle's loss dropped their record down to 10-3-2. As for Eagle Ridge Academy, their victory bumped their record up to 9-5-1.

The Pinnacle came up short against Eagle Ridge Academy when the teams last played back in September of 2023, falling 2-0. Can the Timberwolves avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
