The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Grizzlies considering their one-run performance the match before.
Christian Coley made a splash while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he pitched 3.2 innings while giving up just one earned run off four hits. Coley was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-2 with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI.
In other batting news, Giacomo Franco was a standout: he got on base in all four of his plate appearances with three stolen bases, three RBI, and two runs. Grassfield is undefeated when Franco posts two or more stolen bases, but 2-5 otherwise. Another player making a difference was Cayden McBride, who went 2-for-3 with two triples, four RBI, and two runs.
