South Cobb scored a stunning upset when it knocked off North Cobb, 27-26. At the time, the Warriors was ranked 14th in the state, while the Eagles was 111th.

The biggest upset of the week belonged to South Cobb, who took down 14th ranked North Cobb, 27-26. Stephon Masha threw for 270 yards and one touchdown and ran for 75 yards in the win.

The Eagles' offense was tough to stop this week, as it produced the league's top passer, rusher and receiver. On the ground Chauncey Ingram chipped in 90 yards. Jeremiah Alphabet helped South Cobb's passing attack out by catching three balls for 32 yards.

Ingram was the best wideout in AAAAAA Region 4 this week as South Cobb beat the Warriors. Ingram tallied six receptions for 153 yards.

South Cobb's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Eagles feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Masha has thrown for 1179 yards and four touchdowns this season, while Ingram has 16 catches for 336 yards. Ingram leads the league in rushing with 502 yards.

A big matchup in the league this week will be when the Eagles take on McEachern. As it stands, South Cobb is in first, while the Indians are in third.

The top two defenses in the league will face off this season when North Cobb takes on Hillgrove. The Warriors have allowed 68 points this season, while the Hawks have given up 79. North Cobb allowed 27 points last week as it fell to the Eagles.

Masha and Ingram provided fans with a highlight when they connected against the Warriors. The connection was good for 80 yards, the longest such play in AAAAAA Region 4 this season.
