Eastern View took a four-goal defeat the last time they faced off against King George, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Cyclones beat the Foxes by a goal, winning 1-0. Eastern View's defense has been rock solid lately; the team hasn't given up a goal in their last three contests.

Eastern View's victory bumped their record up to 4-5. As for King George, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-3.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Eastern View is set to take on their familiar foe Courtland at 7:00 p.m. on the 22nd. Meanwhile, King George will face off against rival Caroline at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
