Recap: Swansea Tigers vs. Gilbert Indians
Sadly, the Swansea Tigers are still looking for their first win of the season after 23 contests. They were beaten by Gilbert 69-41 on Thursday. Swansea was down 54-29 at the end of the third quarter, and things only got worse from there.
Swansea lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Donnell Goodwin, who scored 17 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Michael Murphy, who scored 11 points.
Swansea dropped their record down to 0-23 with that defeat, which was their 23rd straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Gilbert, their win ended a five-game drought at home and bumped them up to 7-17.
Swansea does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Gilbert also has no future games currently scheduled.
