Basketball Game Preview: Ravenswood Red Devils vs. Roane County Raiders

The Ravenswood Red Devils will challenge the Roane County Raiders at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. The timing is sure in Ravenswood's favor as the team sits on three straight wins at home while Roane County has been banged up by six consecutive losses on the road.

Last Friday, Ravenswood got the win against South Harrison by a conclusive 68-44. The Red Devils have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won eight matchups by 24 points or more this season.

Meanwhile, Roane County was within striking distance but couldn't close the gap on Saturday as they fell 42-36 to Tyler. The game marked the Raiders' lowest-scoring contest so far this season.

Ravenswood has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-4 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 58.1 points over those games. Roane County's loss dropped their record down to 5-13.
