            Basketball Recap: Caston Comets vs. Argos Dragons        
        
		
        
        
            Caston won the last time they faced Argos, and  Logan Mollenkopf did his part to make sure it happened again. The Caston Comets walked away with  a   54-44  win over the Argos Dragons  on Tuesday thanks in part to  Mollenkopf, who  went 6-for-13  on his way to 21  points and seven  rebounds. That makes it three consecutive games in which  he has scored at least a third of Caston's points.

 The team also got some help courtesy of  Carson Harness, who  posted seven points along with five  boards and three  steals. He has become a key player for Caston: the team is 3-1 when he posts  at  least  three  steals, but 4-9 otherwise.
 Despite the loss, Argos still got an impressive performance from   Luke Stults, who  dropped  a double-double with 29  points and 15  rebounds. The  matchup was  Stults' sixth in a row with at least 17 points. Another player making a difference was  Mack Calhoun, who  had five points and six  boards.
Caston's victory bumped their record up to 7-10. As for Argos,  they are  on  a  five-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 3-14.
 Caston wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next  contest,  a  57-54  win against North Judson-San Pierre on the 14th. As for Argos, they also  didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next  game,  a  41-27  victory against Culver Community on the 13th.
