Football Game Preview: Fleming County vs. Rowan County

Rowan County will look to defend their home turf on Friday against Fleming County at 7:30 PM. It might come down to the wire as the MaxPreps state rankings project a close contest.

Everything went Rowan County's way against Mason County last week as they made off with a 47-13 victory. With Rowan County ahead 21-0, the game was all but decided by halftime.

Meanwhile, there's no need to mince words: Fleming County lost to Greenup County, and they lost bad. The score wound up at 13-60.

Rowan County's win lifted them to 2-1 while Fleming County's defeat dropped them down to 1-2. We'll find out if Rowan County can add another positive mark to their record or if Fleming County can shake off the loss and take the spring out of Rowan County's step.
