Basketball Recap: Deerfield Takes a Loss

Deerfield saw some tournament action on Saturday. They were dealt a 47-19 loss at the hands of the Syracuse Bulldogs.

Deerfield has traveled a rocky road recently having lost five of their last six games, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-8 record this season. As for Syracuse, the win got them back to even at 6-6.

Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Stanton County the next time they take the court. Deerfield will host Stanton County at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, while Syracuse will head out to face them at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
