Baseball Recap: Giles Comes Up Short

Giles and Auburn squared off in some playoff action on Monday, but Giles had to settle for second. They came up short against the Eagles, falling 10-0. Unfortunately, that's the fourth time they've come up short against the Eagles this season, with their most recent loss being a 12-2 defeat two weeks ago.

Giles' defeat dropped their record down to 8-14-1. As for Auburn, the win was the 12th in a row for them, bringing their record up to 22-1.

As of now, neither Giles nor the Eagles have any future games scheduled.
