Baseball Recap: Dallastown Comes Up Short

Dallastown lost against Susquehannock back in March of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. Dallastown fell just short of Susquehannock by a score of 3-2. The Wildcats have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Dallastown saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Logan Kessler, who scored a run while going 1-for-4. Peyton Seitz-Gemmill also deserves some recognition as he snagged his first stolen base of the season.

Dallastown's loss dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Susquehannock, their victory was their fifth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 4-1-1.

Coming up, a feisty cat fight will be fought as Dallastown Wildcats duke it out with Red Lion Lions at 4:15 p.m. on Monday. As for Susquehannock, they will head out to face off against York Suburban at 4:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
