Soccer Recap: Loris Comes Up Short

There was early excitement for Loris after they claimed the first goal on Thursday, however, they wouldn't score again. They fell just short of the Green Sea Floyds Trojans by a score of 2-1. The Lions were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Trojans apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in April of 2024.

Loris' defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Loris will challenge North Myrtle Beach at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Green Sea Floyds, they will square off against Wilson at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
