Appleton North is 8-2 against Kaukauna since April of 2019 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Lightning will be playing in front of their home fans against the Galloping Ghosts at 4:00 p.m. The last five games Appleton North has played have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.

While Appleton North's victory against Oshkosh West wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Lightning narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past the Wildcats 7-5. The victory was a breath of fresh air for the Lightning as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

Meanwhile, Kaukauna didn't have quite enough to beat De Pere on Monday and fell 4-3. The Galloping Ghosts have struggled against the Redbirds recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.

Appleton North's win bumped their record up to 9-4. As for Kaukauna, their loss dropped their record down to 11-5-1.

Appleton North beat Kaukauna 6-3 when the teams last played back in May of 2024. Do the Lightning have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Galloping Ghosts turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
