Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Breathitt County). Their pitchers stepped up to hand the Owsley County Owls / Lady Owls a 36-0 shutout on Monday. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Bobcats considering their one-run performance the matchup before.

Breathitt County's win bumped their record up to 3-7. As for Owsley County, their defeat was their fifth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 0-8.
