Everything went their way against the South Bend Riley Wildcats on Wednesday as they made off with a 20-0 win. The Cougars might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won seven games by six runs or more this season.

Dylan Bishop tossed a big game, keeping things locked down with no earned runs or hits while striking out 14 over five innings pitched. Those 14 strikeouts gave him a new career-high.

At the plate, Trent Mamazza and Riley Masters did most of the damage at the plate: Mamazza got on base in three of his five plate appearances with four RBI, one run, and one double, while Masters went 3-for-5 with three runs and two RBI. Those three runs gave Masters a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Bryce Bell, who went 2-for-4 with two runs and one RBI.

New Prairie kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 12 hits. They are a perfect 5-0 when they post 11 or more hits.
