Volleyball Recap: Ladysmith Takes a Loss

Ladysmith was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the Durand-Arkansaw Panthers.

Ladysmith's loss dropped their record down to 11-18. As for Durand-Arkansaw, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-7 record this season.

Ladysmith wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 2-1 defeat against St. Croix Central on the 4th. As for Durand-Arkansaw, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 loss against McDonell Central on the 4th.
