Vel Phillips Memorial's loss dropped their record down to 15-5. As for Verona, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 16-5.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Vel Phillips Memorial will host Waupun at 7:15 p.m. on Saturday. As for Verona, they will be playing at home against Madison La Follette at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
