Baseball Recap: Delano Comes Up Short

Delano lost to Kennedy on Thursday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Tigers lost 17-1 to the Thunderbirds. The Tigers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Delano's loss dropped their record down to 8-17. As for Kennedy, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 12-8.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Delano will face off against Shafter at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Tigers will need to watch out since the Generals have now posted at least ten runs in their last three matchups. As for Kennedy, they will have some time to savor their win since their next game is a little ways off: they'll take on Chavez at 4:00 p.m. on May 5.
