Basketball Recap: Traverse City West Takes a Loss

Traverse City West lost against Petoskey back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Traverse City West Titans fell 47-34 to the Petoskey Northmen. The Titans' defeat continues a trend for the squad, making it three in a row.

Traverse City West's loss dropped their record down to 5-13. As for Petoskey, their win bumped their record up to 11-7.

Coming up, Traverse City West will take on Gaylord at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Traverse City West is facing Gaylord at the right time seeing as Gaylord is stuck on a five-game losing streak. As for Petoskey, they will face off against Sault Area at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Sault Area will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something Petoskey surely won't give up without a fight.
