Baseball Recap: Madison Comes Up Short

Madison managed to slip by Bishop Fenwick the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Mohawks lost 10-3 to the Falcons on Monday. The Mohawks have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Brandon Ashley was cooking despite his team's loss, going a perfect 2-for-2 with one home run, three RBI, and one triple. That home run marked the first that he has launched this season.

Madison's loss dropped their record down to 12-11. As for Bishop Fenwick, they have been performing well recently as they've won nine of their last 11 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-6 record this season.

Madison will square off against Valley View at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Bishop Fenwick, they are taking a road trip to challenge Fairborn at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
