Pendleton Heights gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Tuesday. Their pitcher stepped up to hand the New Castle Trojans a 24-0 shutout. The Arabians have beaten the Trojans the last five times they've met, but they better watch out: this was the closest the Trojans has come to flipping the script.

Colton Frank was a major factor while hitting and pitching. He didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits over five innings pitched. What's more, he posted four strikeouts, the most he's had since back in April of 2024. He was also big at the plate, going 1-for-3 with three RBI.
