Basketball Recap: Marshall County Comes Up Short

Marshall County was the 76-59 winner over Franklin County when they last played one another back in February of 2025, but their luck changed this time around. The Tigers received a blow on Tuesday as they fell 57-40 to the Rebels.

Marshall County has also been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last eight contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 11-10 record this season. As for Franklin County, their win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 7-16.

Marshall County has already played their next game, a 74-31 defeat against Tullahoma on the 30th. As for Franklin County, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 57-40 victory against Moore County on the 30th.
