It was a good run, but Lone Star unfortunately witnessed the end of their four-game winning streak on Monday. They were beaten by The Colony Cougars 83-45. The Rangers were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Cougars earlier this season, when they won 65-49.

Lone Star's loss dropped their record down to 20-12. As for The Colony, the win (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 22-10.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: The Colony beat Lone Star by a score of 83-45 on Tuesday.
