Cherokee came out on top against Andrews on Friday thanks in part to Kingston Welch's efforts. Welch was unstoppable, rushing for 162 yards and three scores on only 11 carries. He is becoming a predictor of Cherokee's success: when he posts at least 80 rushing yards the team is 2-1 (and 1-5 when he doesn't).
