Volleyball Recap: Hillcrest Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Hillcrest was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They came up short against the Excel Panthers, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Panthers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 last Monday.

The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-7, 25-21.

Hillcrest's defeat dropped their record down to 5-9. As for Excel, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 10-7 record this season.

Hillcrest will challenge Central at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Excel, they will take on W.S. Neal at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
