Football Recap: Evergreen Gets the Win + How To Watch

Evergreen won the last time they faced Shelton and things went their way on Friday too. The Plainsmen came out on top against the Highclimbers by a score of 27-20.

Malukai Turner-Hodges was nothing short of spectacular: he rushed for 150 yards and a pair of touchdowns on only eight carries. Jayden Baum was another key player, throwing for 214 yards and one TD.

The win got Evergreen back to even at 3-3. As for Shelton, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-5.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Evergreen will square off against rival Prairie at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Shelton is set to face off against their familiar foe Mountain View at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
