It was a good run, but Jenkins unfortunately witnessed the end of their seven-game winning streak on Tuesday. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Glynn Academy Terrors.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-11, 25-6.

Aniah Douglas paced Jenkins' offense, picking up two kills. Douglas got some help from Emily Carter and her three assists.

Jenkins' defeat dropped their record down to 7-3. As for Glynn Academy, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-7.

Jenkins didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Calvary Day on the 28th. As for Glynn Academy, they will take on Yulee at 7:00 p.m. on September 4.
