Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Anderson County). They put the hurt on the Central Heights Vikings with a sharp 18-2 win on Friday. Considering the Bulldogs have won eight games by more than six runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Anderson County's victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 13-4. As for Central Heights, with the defeat, they broke their four-game winning streak and moved their record to 14-3.

Anderson County didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 0-0 tie against Ottawa on the 28th. As for Central Heights, they will be playing at home against Northeast at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
