Softball Recap: Highlands Comes Up Short

Friday just wasn't the day for Highlands's offense. They came up short against the South San Antonio Bobcats on Friday, falling 14-0. The Owls haven't had much luck with the Bobcats recently, as the team has come up short the last six times they've met.

Highlands' loss dropped their record down to 11-9. As for South San Antonio, the victory (which was their 14th in a row) raised their record to 20-6.

While Highlands had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled on Saturday.
