Baseball Recap: Wilson Central Takes a Loss

Wilson Central managed to slip by Oakland the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Wildcats lost 13-0 to the Patriots on Friday. The Wildcats' loss continues a trend for the squad, making it three in a row.

Wilson Central's defeat dropped their record down to 8-8. As for Oakland, their victory ended a six-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 12-11-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Wilson Central will host Riverdale at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. The Warriors will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something the Wildcats surely won't give up without a fight. As for Oakland, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Blackman at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
