Richland came tearing into Saturday's match with seven straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 3 goals), and they left with even more momentum. They came within a single goal of losing the streak, but they secured a 3-2 W against the North Pontotoc Vikings. For Richland, this counts as revenge for the 3-2 win North Pontotoc walked away with the last time they faced one another back in November of 2024.
