Softball Recap: Freedom Patriots vs. Hibriten Panthers
Freedom extended their winning streak to four on Tuesday, bumping their season record up to 10-15 in the process. They came within a single run of losing the streak, but they secured a 6-5 W against the Hibriten Panthers. This was a revenge game for the Patriots: when they faced off against the Panthers on April 4th, they had to take a 9-6 defeat.
Daniell Robinson was a major factor no matter where she played. She tossed 6.2 innings while giving up four earned (and one unearned) runs off five hits. Robinson was even better at the plate, going 2-for-4 with one home run and three RBI.
