Soccer Recap: Cummings Comes Up Short

Cummings was the 6-0 winner over Southern Alamance when they last played one another back in September of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Cavaliers fell 4-2 to the Patriots on Wednesday. Cummings have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

Cummings' loss dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Southern Alamance, their victory was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-4 and their overall record up to 2-10.

Coming up, Cummings will head out on the road to square off against Graham at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Southern Alamance, they will face off against Western Alamance at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. Southern Alamance's defense better be ready for this one: Western Alamance have averaged an impressive 5.9 goals per game this season.
