It was a good run, but  Perry Hall unfortunately witnessed the end of their  four-game winning streak on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Sparrows Point Pointers by a score of  7-5. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest  loss the Gators have suffered  since May 21, 2024.
 Savannah Carl spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered five earned  (and two unearned) runs on eight hits and racked up 15 Ks.
 At the plate,  Shalimar Lopez was cooking despite her team's loss,   going 3-for-4 with two  RBI.  Addison Dunlap was another key player,  going 3-for-4 with one  RBI.
Perry Hall's defeat dropped their record down to 6-5. As for Sparrows Point, their victory bumped their record up to 5-6.
 Coming up, Perry Hall will be playing at home against Bel Air  at 4:00  p.m.  on Thursday. As for Sparrows Point, they will take on Towson at 4:00  p.m.  on Thursday.
