The Castleberry Lions were dealt a 62-7 defeat at the hands of the Alvarado Indians. Belton gained 256 total yards and five touchdowns, while Collier threw for 201 yards and three touchdowns while completing 88.9% of his passes. Collier is on a roll when it comes to passing touchdowns, as he's now passed for three or more in the last four games he's played. Lance Sansom was another key player, rushing for 91 yards and a touchdown.

Castleberry now has a losing record at 4-5. As for Alvarado, the win for them keeps them at an undefeated 9-0.

Castleberry has already played their next matchup, an 83-33 victory against Life Waxahachie on the 7th. As for Alvarado, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, a 42-7 win against Kennedale on the 7th.
