Grossmont had lost three games straight , but after bumping their record up to 9-12 on Friday that streak is in the rearview. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 7-6 win over the El Capitan Vaqueros. That's more bragging rights for the Foothillers, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.
