Volleyball Recap: Halifax County Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Halifax County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Chatham Cavaliers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Cavaliers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-2 back in September.

Brooklyn Rigney had an outrageously good game for Chatham as she had 29 digs. Those 29 digs gave Rigney a new career-high.

Halifax County's loss dropped their record down to 4-12. As for Chatham, their win was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 9-4.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Halifax County will face off against George Washington at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Chatham, they will take on Gretna at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
