Basketball Recap: Liberty Christian Takes a Loss

Liberty Christian was the 56-45 winner over Prior Lake Christian when they last played one another back in February, but their luck changed this time around. The Liberty Christian Eagles fell 46-35 to the Prior Lake Christian Royals on Saturday. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Elijah Wilson was his usual excellent self, dropping a double-double with 23 points and 13 boards for Prior Lake Christian. The game was Wilson's fifth in a row with at least 17 points. Noah Morgan was another key player, putting up seven points in addition to nine rebounds and four steals.

Liberty Christian now has a losing record of 4-5. As for Prior Lake Christian, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 25-12 record this season.

As of now, neither Liberty Christian nor Prior Lake Christian have any future games scheduled.
