Softball Recap: Taylor Comes Up Short

Taylor lost to Wabash back in May of 2025 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Titans came up short against the Apaches, falling 14-3.

Taylor's defeat dropped their record down to 0-12. As for Wabash, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-5.

Taylor and Wabash could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps Indiana Rankings. The Titans (ranked 339th) will meet Oak Hill (ranked 108th) at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Wabash will square off against Rochester at 5:30 p.m. on Monday with a big rank disadvantage (216 vs. 69).
