Basketball Recap: Avoca Central Comes Up Short

Avoca Central lost against Genesee Valley two weeks ago and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Avoca Central Tigers fell 67-54 to the Genesee Valley Jaguars. The Tigers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Avoca Central's defeat dropped their record down to 6-12. As for Genesee Valley, they have been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight contests, which provided a nice bump to their 10-7 record this season.

Avoca Central does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Genesee Valley, they will face off against Cuba-Rushford at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
