Softball Recap: Aliso Niguel Takes a Loss

Aliso Niguel managed to slip by La Serna the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. Aliso Niguel lost 10-2 to La Serna on Monday. The Wolverines were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Lancers apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in February of 2022.

Aliso Niguel's loss dropped their record down to 10-6-1. As for La Serna, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 7-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Aliso Niguel will challenge Mission Viejo at 4:00 p.m. on April 1. This will be Aliso Niguel's first chance to prove their worth in the conference. As for La Serna, they will be taking part in a tournament against Redondo Union at 5:00 a.m. on Saturday.
