It may have taken eight innings to finish the job, but Pendleton Heights ultimately got the result they hoped for on Thursday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the New Palestine Dragons, sneaking past 3-2. For the Arabians, this counts as revenge for the 4-3 victory the Dragons walked away with the last time they faced one another back in May of 2025.
Morgan Bricker spent all eight innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered two runs (both of which were unearned) on eight hits. She has been consistent: she hasn't given up more than two walks in five consecutive appearances.
