Baseball Recap: Shadow Ridge's Luck Changes for the Better on Friday

Shadow Ridge can bid farewell to their six-game losing streak dating back to last season thanks to their game on Friday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 6-4 victory over the Legacy Longhorns. The Mustangs' hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.

The team relied heavily on Marco Montesanti, who went 2-for-4 with two runs, one triple, and one double. That's the most runs he has posted since back in March of 2024. Another player making a difference was Bryce Judd, who scored a run while going 2-for-3.
