Baseball Recap: Alamosa Comes Up Short

Friday just wasn't the day for Alamosa's offense. They lost 11-0 to the Pueblo East Eagles on Friday. The Mean Moose just can't catch a break and have now endured four defeats in a row.

Alamosa saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Evan Anderson, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base. That hit was Anderson's first of the season.

Alamosa's loss dropped their record down to 2-5. As for Pueblo East, their record is now 5-3.

Alamosa wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next game, a 4-3 win against Fort Morgan on the 28th. As for Pueblo East, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, a 7-3 victory against Lamar on the 28th.
